Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the baking process with a friendly and informative
- Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring they enjoy a delightful and memorable baking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking equipment and
- Work together with team members to facilitate big group events &
- Assist customers in selecting and signing up for membership
- Undertake managerial duties such as ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, research & development, answer phone inquiries
Requirements:
- A dedicated team player with a strong sense of
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is a
- Applicants with customer service or culinary background will be an added
Days/Hours Needed:
- Public Holidays: Double Paid
- Compulsory Working Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Working Schedule: 5 working days (Shift by Rotation)
- Day Off: Choose one day off from Monday to Thursday
Salary : RM2,000.00 – RM3,200.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Create a joyful and engaging environment for customers during their pottery, tufting, and craft
- Consult and assist customers with enthusiasm, guiding them through activities and
- Cultivate strong customer relationships and promptly address
- Provide consultations on membership packages to enhance customer
- Lead pottery classes and workshops for individuals of all ages and skill
- Support studio members with techniques, projects, and
- Maintain studio equipment, kilns, and inventory in optimal
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure proper equipment use and material
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory as
- Facilitate large group events and parties effectively with team
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and teaching skills to effectively guide and support
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a
- Dedication to studio safety and adherence to best
- Passion for pottery and a desire to inspire others with your
- Proficiency in Malay and English required; Mandarin proficiency is
- Preferred age range: 18-35 years
Days/Hours Needed:
- Public Holidays: Double Paid
- Compulsory Working Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Working Schedule: 6 working days (Shift by Rotation), 5 hours per day with 1-hour break
- Day Off: Choose one day off from Monday to Thursday
Salary : RM2,200.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
Commission: Based on your effort
