Job Responsibilities
Guide customers through baking sessions in a friendly, clear, and professional manner
Build strong rapport with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the studio and baking equipment
Work closely with team members to support large group events, parties, and workshops
Assist customers with membership registration and product or class enquiries
Support basic managerial tasks, including:
Ingredients stock checking and packing
Simple research & development support
Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
Job Requirements
Strong team player with a positive and responsible attitude
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexible to work on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Good communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset
Proficient in English, Malay, or Mandarin
Background in customer service, hospitality, early childhoods education or culinary/baking is a plus
Preferred age range: 18–35 years
Working Schedule
Working Days: 5.5 days per week (shift rotation)
Compulsory Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Day Off: Choose 1 day off from Monday to Thursday
Public Holidays: Double Pay
Salary
RM2,000 – RM3,200 per month (based on experience and role)

Job Responsibilities
Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment during pottery, tufting, and craft sessions
Guide and assist customers step-by-step through activities with patience and enthusiasm
Build strong customer relationships and respond promptly to enquiries and feedback
Advise customers on membership packages to enhance their studio experience
Conduct pottery classes and workshops for individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels
Support studio members with techniques, creative projects, and basic troubleshooting
Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment, kilns, tools, and materials in optimal condition
Ensure safety protocols are followed and proper use of equipment and materials
Coordinate with suppliers and assist with inventory management and stock checks
Support and facilitate large group events, parties, and workshops together with the team
Perform additional studio or operational duties as assigned by the studio manager
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and basic teaching or guiding skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and attention to detail
Genuine passion for pottery, tufting, and creative crafts
Proficient in English, Malay, or Maindarin
Preferred age range: 18–35 years
Experienced in customer service, hospitality, ceramics studies, fine art is a plus
